Much of what Metal 5 produces does not exist in any catalogue. The client brings a drawing, a sample or just a description of the problem, and the solution is developed into a product ready for installation.
Our facility produces flanged ducts and pipe segments, support structures, platforms and frames, moving assemblies with chain and belt drives, and individual machine parts. All dimensions, materials and tolerances are matched to the real operating conditions.
Cutting, bending and welding are followed by inspection and then sandblasting, powder coating or another protective coating. The same approach applies to one-off pieces and small batches alike.
