In practice, robotics rarely starts with an empty hall. Every project begins with the existing line, its cycle time, the product dimensions and the points where manual work slows down or strains the process.
Metal 5 develops and builds cells for picking, transferring, positioning and placing products, along with pneumatic mechanisms, linear axes, chain drives and automatic packaging stations. Structures, guarding and protection are made to order and to client requirements.
Systems are pre-assembled and tested in our own facility, then installed and commissioned on site. We have delivered solutions like these for many companies across different industries throughout the European Union.
