A line that adapts to the space, not the other way round.
Parcel systems rarely come in standard sizes. Every line starts from the actual hall layout, the height of the loading points and the number of parcels that has to pass through the process in a shift.
Metal 5 builds roller and belt sections, curves, merges and diverters, as well as telescopic conveyors for loading and unloading vehicles. Support structures are modular, so the line can later be extended or reconfigured.
Drives, controls and protective finishes are selected for continuous shift operation. Systems are pre-assembled and inspected in our own facility, then installed and commissioned on site.
